Kamalgad One Day Trek
History :
Kamalgad is located in Wai - Satara. The only structure on the top is a hole which is the remains of a well sunk right through the rock, into the soil below which still has water. The hole is 18-20 feet deep. The sides of the well which were formed of the natural rock were reported to have contained recesses in which criminals were placed. They had to choose between starvation and drowning. However, none of the recesses can be discerned today. Some reports indicate that this 'hole' might have been a quarry for red stone (geru) which is plentiful in this region.

Trek Schedule :
06:00 AM Start journey for Kamalgad Fort from PUNE & KOLHAPUR.
08:00 AM Reach Kamalgad base village
09.00AM Breakfast and Introduction then start trek towards the Fort.
11:00 AM Reach the top of the fort, Have a brief historical information.
01:15 AM Start sightseeing and visit ancient places.
12:30 PM Explore fort and lunch.
02:00 PM Start descending the fort.
05:00 PM Reach Base village and start bus journey towards Pune & Kolhapur.
09:00 PM Reach Pune.

COVID Guidelines :
Mask and maintaining social distance with others is mandatory throughout the trip.
Buses will be fully sanitized before the use.
Carrying your own sanitizers , gloves, face shield and mask is compulsory.

Cancellation Policy :
◾75 % refund if cancellation made more than 7 days prior to the event.
◾50 % refund if cancellation made 5 days prior to the event.
◾No refund if cancellation made less than 02 days prior to the event.
No show = No refund.
Booking Policies :
Seats will be reserved only after 50% payment.
Fees paid are non-refundable but transferable on same event.
Complete schedule of the trek will be given later to registered participants.
Organizers have all the right to modify or change the schedule.
Organizers hold the rights to cancel any event and refund with prior notice.
We strictly follow no alcohol, no drugs and no litter policy.
