Location Address: Vasota Fort, Near Satara, Maharashtra.
Trek Length: About 4 km from the base village.
Difficulty: Easy to Medium grade.
Suitability: Beginners to Professionals!
Detailed Itinerary (Tentative Timings):
*DAY 1 *
7:30PM: Reporting At City pride,Satara Road.
8:00PM Start journey by private NON-AC bus.
12:00 PM: Reach Bamnoli village, get refresh, make yourself comfortable.Setting Up Camp at Bamnoli, Bonfire, introduction round and Start Fun Activities! We’ll Stay overnight at bamnoli.
Going asleep in a tents allocated to you. We have big 3-People Tents.
*DAY:2 *
06:00 AM: Waking Up, get refresh and have breakfast!
07:45 AM: Round of important instructions, brief intro session & commencement of the trek.
10:00 AM Reach at base of the fort.
12:00 PM: Reach at the top, explore fort, enjoy beautiful views, Enjoy surroundings, clicking sessions and exploring nearby region.
02:00 PM: Start descending from the top.
04:00 PM: Reach Base, get in boats,Start Traveling towards bamnoli and have lunch.
07:00 PM: After having lunch, we'll start our journey back to Pune!
11:30 PM: Reach City pride.
(If you are traveling from the city other than Pune, then you are requested to book your return tickets considering 2 hours delay as per above time schedule.)
❗THINGS TO BE CARRIED❗
Things to be carried
# Water bottle 2-3 Lt.
# Carry Umbrella, caps, glares as the climate is very sunny out there.
# Dry snacks you can carry if u feel hungry during travel. (almonds,dates,plum cakes,biscuits,etc.)
# Cameras, DSLR etc. can be carried on your own risk. Camera fees need to pay on spot. 50rs per DSLR Camera.
# Extra footwear (optional) if u need to change.
# Personal Medication if necessary.
# Sweater / Rain Coat
# Extra Pair of clothes
# Bed sheets and Blanket to sleep inside the Tent.
As we are providing tents on sharing basis,partners will announced while pitching the tents.
Instructions:
1) While walking from base village to fort, we will make 3-4 small groups so that our volunteers can handle, count and track them easily.
2) No participant should leave his/her group.
3) If anyone leaves their group and faces any kind of problems then only himself/herself will be responsible.
4) Route can be muddy due to the rain and terrain can be rough so it is advised to follow instructions and to be in their groups.
5) We will have 3-4 checkpoints. We will take rest only on those points. It is an important part of the trek to complete our journey in time.
6) Please report on time at mentioned pick up point. In the case of any late reporting, we may have a delay to start the journey.
7) Consumption of Alcohol and Smoking is strictly prohibited. If anyone is caught by villagers or by our volunteers then we will take serious action on them.
8) It is a simple village. There are no close toilet facilities.
9) There will be a long gap between breakfast and lunch so you can carry dry snacks like plum cake, wafers, almonds etc. with you.
10) Carry sufficient amounts of water with you as per daily need.
11) Each tent will be alloted to a group of 3-People. No separate tent will be given to a group size below 3. We'll have to manage 3 people in each tent.

No one will post anything other than our trek info until the trek is concluded. It is a humble request from us.
*Fees once paid are NON-REFUNDABLE nor it can be transferred to any other event.
* REFUND will be given only and only if it is cancelled from the organisers.
*Registration for the event would close on 15th October 2019.
*Your registration will be confirmed only after the acceptance of the trek fees.
*The mentioned trek fees is non refundable/non transferable in any circumstances.
*The detailed itinerary of the trek will be communicated later to registered participants.
