Welcome to the 4th edition of the India Workplace Equality Index (IWEI), country's only comprehensive benchmarking tool for companies to establish a baseline and also measure their progress on LGBT+ inclusion. Over the last 3 editions, more than 242 organizations across 20 industries participated in the study securing GOLD, SILVER & BRONZE Recognition.

At the Awards Night, we'll honor & celebrate the work of organizations & individuals who are working affirmatively & tirelessly to make the workplace more inclusive for the LGBT+ community and allies. Award for Employers:
