Intrapreneurship Conclave VI

The Intrapreneurship Conclave is Unfold Consulting’s annual flagship event and India’s only conclave for Intrapreneurs. It is a macro-level initiative through which we facilitate a discourse on the growing importance of internal innovation and winning workforce cultures. We aim to inspire imagination and new thinking by fostering an intrapreneurial spirit in organizations.

The Conclave brings together an exclusive community working passionately to help organizations monetize innovative ideas and unlock growth potential. Every year, we conceptualize a theme that resonates with the mood of the environment and the ecosystem spanning organizations and workforce dynamics. Driven by extensive research, we anticipate that this year, navigating a multitude of compounding disruptions by nurturing organizational culture will be one of the critical challenges for organizations.

Hence the theme – Reimagine Intrapreneurship. Winning in the Age of Disruption.

We are architecting immersive sessions to bring the theme to life, allowing participants to experience intrapreneurship in action. We're excited to share that Unfold, along with visionary leaders across diverse sectors, has co-created the agenda for the sixth edition of the conclave.

Unfold recently organized an industry wide roundtable conference in partnership with Samsung R&D, India at their office. The unique event brought together participants from diverse sectors to shape the agenda for the sixth edition of the Intrapreneurship Conclave.

While uncovering key challenges and opportunities in Intrapreneurship as a driver for growth in a highly competitive and dynamic environment, the roundtable aimed to ensure that the conclave addresses the most pressing and relevant topics during the upcoming conclave.
