International Women's Day Treasure Hunt 2025 (Cycling/Running), 9th March 2025, Sunday, Bengaluru

Welcome to the 5th edition of the Cycool x Spokes Women Treasure Hunt! Celebrate the incredible power and spirit of women as we mark International Women's Day with two exciting Treasure Hunts:

- For Cyclists (~20 km)

- For Runners (~8 km)

You can choose to complete the Treasure Hunt either on foot (Running or Walking) or on Bicycle. Both routes will start from the same point, lead you on a clue-finding adventure across the city, and ultimately guide you to the treasure.

So, gather your friends and family, register for the event, and prepare for an unforgettable treasure hunt experience. Remember, this is a team-based event, so collaboration is the key! Register individually and you'll be able to update your team information in a form provided later.

Date: 9th March 2025, Sunday

Venue: Indiranagar Club, HAL 2nd Stage, Bengaluru

Reporting Time: 6.00am

Rules Briefing: 6.30am

Flag-off: Runners - 6.45am; Cyclists - 7:00am

Distance: Approx. 8 km for Runners and 20km for Cyclists

Recommended: Water bottles, Photo Id

Difficulty level: 3/10 (Beginner friendly; Watch out for traffic!)

Yup! Loads of interesting prizes to be won:

‘Most Creative Team Name’, ‘Most Creatively Dressed Team’, 'Pimp Your Bike’, ‘Team with Max woman participants’, On-spot Games & Contests and many more surprises.

After your Treasure Hunt adventure, we will treat you with a delicious breakfast and a festive carnival atmosphere. And you never know, you might even find a few more surprises waiting for you there!

The event works like this:

• Once you register, you’ll be sent an email confirming your registration. If you have a team in mind, ask team members to register individually. And closer to the event date, we will ask you to submit your team members data. And if you do not have a team, not to worry, we’ll assign you a team. A team can have 4 - 6 members and no team member should be less than 12 years of age. A team has to be pure, either cyclists or runners (No mixed team allowed).

• Plan out a ‘Funky Name’ for your team as there are prizes to be won for the “Most Creative Team Name.”

• Plan out a ‘Costume’ for your team and get it made fast. We kid you not, when we say the level of competition for the “Most Creatively Dressed Team” is crazy!

• At the start of the event, your team will be given a clue. You’ll then need to Run/Ride along your designated route and reach at each clue destination TOGETHER (whole team). Once there, you'll find treasures and/or solve the next clue to progress. Continue in this manner until you reach the final treasure and win!

• Upon your arrival back to the start point, there will be numerous opportunities to win awards (in addition to the treasures). We'll have multiple contests, on-the-spot prizes, games, and more.

• Breakfast will be served after the awards ceremony. There will also be various stalls, food, and a full-fledged carnival to enjoy!

• This is THE EVENT to meet major endurance athletes of the city, network and make new friends.

• There will be usual traffic as we will not be blocking the roads. Please be careful. Cyclists, please wear a helmet!

• Adequate hydration points on the venue and route to refill your water bottle.

• Participants are encouraged to use the public transport options and/or Vehicle pooling for commuting to avoid any inconvenience at Parking.
