The International Fitness Championship is an annual virtual event encouraging fitness and yoga enthusiasts to participate in competitions from the comfort of their homes and surroundings. The International Fitness Championship is open to participants from all the Countries of the World that are recognized by the United Nations.
The Endurance Championship: The participant has to do a 120 seconds Cardio Endurance Exercise or Muscular Endurance Exercise and upload the completed video in our Facebook group (INTERNATIONAL FITNESS CHAMPIONSHIP)

The Yoga Championship: The participant has to do 3 yoga asanas within 120 seconds and send us the completed video in our Facebook group (INTERNATIONAL FITNESS CHAMPIONSHIP) www.premierrunningleague.com

3. ENTRY FEE: Rs.200 per head (Indian Rupees inclusive of gateway charges and all taxes)
4. WHAT YOU GET: Digital Participation Certificate and Digital Merit Certificate with your photograph and position.
5. IMPORTANT DATES: 20th May Last Date for entries and 20th June last date for sending your event video links.
6. JUDGES & JUDGEMENT: A renowned four Judges Team will make the score sheets and final judgement of the WINNERS. The points system is mentioned on our website.

7. VIDEO UPLOADING: Your completed Endurance or Yoga video has to be uploaded in our face-book group named: INTERNATIONAL FITNESS CHAMPIONSHIP
8. VIDEO UPLOADING: When you upload your exercise video in our face-book group named: INTERNATIONAL FITNESS CHAMPIONSHIP, make sure to add your photo, full name, registration receipt number and category.
9. SENDING VIDEO LINK: Your completed endurance or yoga video link has to be sent to srkhealth@gmail.com on or before 20th June.
10. MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS: All participants must be medicaly fit to participate in this virtual event and should have a clearance from your family doctor that you are fit to indulge in endurance or yoga competition for a duration of 120 seconds.
11. PARTICIPANT WAVER FORM:The participant must accept the online waiver form during registrtions on premierrunningleague.com
12. PREMIER RUNNING LEAGUE:
The PRL Championship raises donations and sponsorship to support the cause of Youth & Leadership, Diabetes, Disaster Relief and Vision Disabilities in India.
There are many people who would love to participate in physical competitions such as endurance cardio and endurance muscle works but are unable to for one reason or another," says Raghu Kumar R, founder of Premier Running League, a small business that organizes running and fitness events where a large percentage of the proceeds to charitable causes. "With virtual events, you don't need to deal with traffic, parking, poor weather or unexpected schedule conflicts or injuries that might cause you to miss the event." It's also an easy way to practice fitness, yoga nutrition and hydration. You may decide about resting time and waking time before the event video shoot, apparel and many other very important factors that can make you or break you.
