India is among the most favored destination for FDI with the GDP growth at a global high of 7.3%.  A slew of policy changes has been introduced by the government under the “Make in India” initiative to make doing business more easy. This has placed a demand for being more innovative in our approach. It is under this backdrop Innovex Asia is being organized.

There is a need to understand and learn from each other how each one of us has responded to this demand for innovation to make India’s growth story stronger.  Innovex Asia 2016 invites industries to share their drive for innovation during the conference to be held on November 24 & 25, 2016 at Bengaluru - India.

The aim of the conference is to provide a National forum for practitioners & leaders to celebrate, share, and discuss innovative approach taken to meet the New Product Development, Process & Business challenges.

New Product Innovation

With the rapid change in technologies and a fiercer market place designers / innovators have been forced to constantly upgrade their product offerings. This has required firms to master hitherto unfamiliar competencies. Designers/innovators have been required to design for multiple requirements to meet statutory and regulatory requirements along with incorporating the latest trends while making the product manufactural / applicable. New products, services are typical examples which fall in this category.

Process Innovation

Process designers have been required to make the product offerings defect free while maintaining productivity. Many techniques have been adopted to make this feasible. Novel techniques, process designs, are typical examples in this category

Business Innovation

Indian environment is unique in many ways requiring business to take into account the seemingly contradictory requirement of superior offering at a low price. Businesses have required to carefully design their business model to take into account the need to offer and fulfill a unique value proposition ensuring sustainability for all players contributing to the value chain. Innovex Asia invites papers from practitioners who have contributed to business innovations. Business models, networking, workflows etc could be typical examples in this category.
