65 year to 80 year 

81 year to above

How to submit your data - 

First of all you download a GPS app to complete your activity.

• mi bend 

• Adidas running app

and many other GPS apps you can use for complete your activities .

You will receive a link on your email to submit your activity. 

There will be a form inside the link in which you have to fill the required information. Like - 

• Booking ID 

• Name

• Contact Number 

• Age 

• Activity Screenshot or Link

and other information you have to fill and submit.
