India Science Fest seeks to be India’s largest public celebration of science and engineering. It is Aspiring Minds’ effort to promote science and technology in India among the students and the workforce. We strongly feel that India needs to step up its S&T and innovation agenda to keep up its economic progress and social development. ISF is a way to get the public involved in the latest in science and get all actors in the ecosystem to discuss, collaborate and progress together.
India Science Fest seeks to create a bridge between the scientists and the society. It will also serve as a platform for deeper engagement between scientists in India, abroad, professionals and students. The main program will have several public science talks, demonstrations, panel discussions and expos of MS/PhD thesis, student projects, science flash fictions, etc. The event will also have highly technical talks to focus groups, and roundtables around science policy. This year's theme for the Festival will be Neuroscience and Artificial Intelligence.
