Not all women are remembered from history. Those who excelled in some way or others have left their names. They are talked about and immortalized in old texts, documents and stories, but have spent time conserving to oblivion. Bebby Francis was one of them. Although she has always been remembered for her popularity and influence over history, the Calcutta Society during her long stay in the city in the British period, but forgotten by us.
