Holi weekend- Introductory workshop, 21st to 24th, March 2019!

The weekend workshops offer an exciting opportunity to those looking for a revitalizing and enriching getaway in the Himalayas. The workshop offers a full itinerary beginning each day with yoga sessions, followed by carefully designed nourishing organic farm grown food to aid in a complete experience of wellbeing. Afternoons are dedicated to creative explorations with clay at the pottery studio, finally closing the day with guided meditations.

The workshop also includes a complimentary session on basic Ayurveda for all by Dr. Rashima Verma( Ayurvedaacharya and Panchkarma consultant)

To add to the festivities, this program includes a special Holi dinner around the fire! 

Itinerary:

Day 1: 21st March

A welcome session, Holi celebration, Lunch, Introductory Yoga session, Meditation, Dinner around the fire.

Day 2: 22nd March

Wake up Call, Morning Pre yoga, Yogasanas, Hatha yoga, Learning session to mold your ideas through the craft of clay, Ayurveda consultations, unwind to the scenic Himalayas, Meditation, Dinner

Day 3: 23rd March

Wake up call, Morning pre-yoga, Yogasanas, Completing and decorating pottery project, Forest walk, Music, Dinner, Meditation

Day 4: 24th March

Wake up call, Morning Pre yoga, Yogasanas, Healthy breakfast, Question answer, and review session, Group photo, and departure.
 

This workshop includes:
-Yogasanas ( Total Teaching 6 hours)
-Introduction to Pottery ( Total teaching 4 hours)
-Guided Meditation ( Total session time 3 hours)
-Guided Forest Walks
-Introduction to basics of Ayurveda and it's principles (Private consultations by Dr. Rashima Verma, B.A.M.S. available on request)
-Accommodation ( Shared, with up to 3-4 participants) for 3N/4D with all organic vegetarian meals, beverages and snacks included.

Limited seats: 10 participants maximum
