Classes are accessible to all!
We will focus our attention on the breath, alignment, and overall relaxation. The aim here is to not only strengthen the body but also, become more flexible in body and mind. All you'll need for these classes is a yoga mat, and a willingness to learn. We will start off with simple postures to get a sense of our capabilities. We'll take the time at the end of each class to breathe and meditate. I will accompany, guide, and correct your postures from a distance. I'm used to teaching online, please do not worry! All you need to do is ensure you respect your body and physical limits.
