Harishchandra fort can be ascended in various ways. Trek route from paachnai is easiest among all. It will require only 1.5-2 hrs to reach on top for beginners. So, beginners, newcomers are very much welcome for this trek.

Schedule:
10:00pm - Report in front of McD, JM Road.
3:30am - Reach base village.
4:30am- after briefing immediately start a trek towards harishchandra fort.
7:00am - will reach on top.
7:30am - Interested people can further start thier trek towards Taramati Peak.
8:00am - breakfast on top of the Fort.
8:30-9:30am - rest.
9:30-11:00am - explore the Fort & photography
12:30pm: lunch near kokan kada.
2:00pm - start descending.
4:00pm - base village.
9:00pm- Pune.

*To and Fro journey is subjected to the condition of traffic.

*Route - pune- nashik* phata - narayan gaon - aale phata- Paachnai(base village).
