Squeezed in a time span of 2 days, this wonderful trek to Harishchandragad Fort is supremely amazing offering you the most amazing and crazy views created in the lap of nature. Heart of this trek lies at breathtaking view of the mesmerizing beauty “Konkankada”.

To further give you a cultural richness on your trek, this fort has Sahyadri’s high peak “Taramati” which is yet an hour hike from the temple. First worth watching site here is Harishchandreshwar temple and Kedareshwar caves. Having strong history from medival times, there is Lord Shiva temple inside which once used to have 4 pillars. It is said that 1 pillar goes down every century. One is still remaining. Entering in this water will make you fresh in all forms.

Though this fort bags 7 routes in its pocket but trek to Harishchandragad via Nalichi Vaat route may be a little exhausting but for those who love scenic beauty, moon light trekking, appreciate beauty of fallen rocks and have a photography bug, this trek is a must shot.

A decent descend via Pachnai Route would be cherry on the cake.
