Event Information

Let's take a break from the daily routine and go on an offbeat trip to Hampi which is considered a backpacker's paradise. Hampi is known for its magnificent landscapes and spectacular cultural heritage and is also declared as a World Heritage Centre by UNESCO. Get ready to experience one of the most scenic coracle ride and watch the Sun set in paradise as you will be stunned by the beauty this place has to offer you. For the adventure enthusiasts we have a thrilling cliff jump into the water which will take your breath away. This trip has got everything you were looking for in a weekend getaway, so come join us and explore this incredible wonder in Karnataka.

Day 01 (Friday, 28th September):

  • Meet us at Swargate bus stop, Pune at 09:00PM.
  • Leave for Hospet in a comfortable A/C Sleeper bus at 09:30PM (12 hours journey).

Day 02 (Saturday, 29th September):

  • Reach Hospet at around 09:00AM and go to Hampi in a city bus (20 mins drive).
  • Reach Hampi and check into the hotel.
  • Refresh yourself and have breakfast.
  • After Breakfast go for a Coracle ride in the magnificent Tungabhadra river (45 mins ride).
  • Have lunch at around 01:00PM.
  • Post lunch we go for Cliff Jumping in the backwaters of Tungabhadra (3 hours trek and 8 meters dive) (Life jackets compulsory). 
  • In the evening we climb to Matangaa Hill for a beautiful view of the Sunset. (You can skip this and chill out in the hotel or cafes around).
  • After having dinner at around 09:00PM, we rest for the day.

Day 03 (Sunday, 30th September):

  • Wake up in the morning at 08:00AM, refresh yourself and check out of the hotel at 10:00AM.
  • You can keep your bags at the reception if you want.
  • Post breakfast start your tour through "the land of ruins" in an Auto rickshaw and visit the Mustered Ganpati temple - Krishna Temple - Narsimha Temple - Veerabhdra temple.
  • Have lunch at around 01:00PM.
  • Post lunch visit the Lotus temple - Elephant stable - Hazari Rama temple - Pushkarni - Queens bath - Vittala temple.
  • Complete your tour by 05:30 PM and refresh yourself with high tea.
  • Reach Hospet in a city bus at around 06:30PM.
  • Leave for Pune in a Sleeper bus at 07:00PM.

Day 04 (Monday, 1st October):

  • Reach back to Pune by 07:00AM
  • Say final Goodbyes and get back to the grind.

Things Included:

- A/C Sleeper bus Pune -Hospet- Pune.

- All internal transport (as per itinerary).

- Accommodation in hotel rooms with attached toilets (2 or 3 per room).

- Entry fee to monuments run by the UNESCO (Day 3).

- Cliff Jumping and safety gears.

- Coracle boat ride.

- All activities and entries to places as per itinerary.

- All guide and local expertise charges.

- First-aid assistance.

 

Things Excluded: 

 

- Meals during the journey.

- Any personal expenses. 

- Mineral water and soft drinks. 

- Anything not mentioned in the inclusion list. 

 

Things to Carry: 

 

- Any Government ID proof. 

- A small backpack.

- Torch and extra batteries. 

- Sports shoes. 

- Personal medication if any. 

- Odomos or mosquito repellent.

- A small bag to hold your essentials during sightseeing. 

- Caps, shades, sunscreen, camera (optional).
