Yoga might be one the few fitness forms that focus on getting physically and mentally fit. There is a lot of free content out there on different asanas and yoga forms but our focus is on getting you to do Yoga for at least 5 minutes a day.

We have taken the best asanas out there and created a program that focuses on improving your flexibility in the first week and progressively focuses on improving your agility, breathing and endurance over a period of 30 days. 


Like every other program on Masterlife, the focus here is to make Yoga a daily habit. The positive side effects from this might be more mental balance, weight loss, better decision making all at the comfort of your home.

We have put in a lot of effort in the program and are excited to get you started.
