Full Moon Meditation
In ancient India, it was our culture to meditate on full moon nights because during this phase the entire illuminated face of the moon is visible from the earth. Moon which also represents the mind is also clearly visible. Hence meditators consciously practised letting go off emotions and feelings that no longer serve and make space to welcome the new.
