'A Friend Indeed' (AFI) is an attempt to realise the expansive network of friends and family that we 'already' are. To activate the gift of connection and practice it on a daily basis. To feel safe, trusting and at ease with each human being on this planet!

This gathering is open for all -

Young or old
Single or otherwise
Queer or non-queer
All are welcome...

*Building Community

AFI started in Feb, 2023 and has been a donation-based monthly gathering. Every time 30+ registrations happened. This tells us that something about AFI seems to be appealing for a lot us, but then not everyone turns up for the gathering.

To live AFI we need practice. For that we have initiated a regular group of people who can commit to at least 3 months of community membership.

Membership

Currently, we are starting with a group of people from all over who will meet online on Zoom.
As interest grows, we intend to start city / area-wise chapters of AFI, which can be led voluntarily by a set of community guidelines and activities.

All members will be connected via online groups which will be moderated and safe. Authentic connections and exchanges of needs and offerings will be facilitated to bring in community spirit.

Consider AFI as any other club. Only and major difference is the intent. Which is to build trust within us and in our relationships with each other. This (re)unites us all by simply knowing how we are, in fact and in deed, connected.

Dates and time

7:30 pm to 9:30 pm is the usual time with 20 mins buffer.

Third Friday of each month -

Membership fee

The membership fee is basic and is primarily to bring in accountability and intentionality.
