Foxed Cross Country Run 2024

Cross-country racing is done on varied surfaces and includes grass, hills, flat ground and some gravel roads. You will be 'Foxed' literally in this Cross-country. The 100% trail course is tough and treacherous, so choose your distance accordingly. It may be wet and muddy too in August weather.

The race course has clear markings that keep racers from making wrong turns. The markings may include tape or ribbon on both sides of the course, chalk or paint on the ground, or cones.

Getting Ready for a Cross Country Race

Good Trail Shoes or cushioned shoes with good grip on muddy and grassy and rocky routes.

T-shirt & Shorts made of breathable fabric that absorbs sweat, provide excellent body movement and keeps them cool.

Caps, Sun Glasses, long socks (calf sleeves) & sippers are also equally important.

Overall, fastest 3 in male & female category of Half Marathon, 14K & 7K will be felicitated on event day itself. Fastest relay team will be felicitated too. Age category will be announced only if the event has more than 300 participants.

EMERGENCIES

The route will be duly marked and manned however participants are responsible for their own safety while participating. You are encouraged to carry your cell phone with you as a safety precaution. In case of an emergency contact the nearest check point. The contact details will be made available before the start.

Refund Policy-

- In case of cancellation of the event due to reasons beyond our control, alternate options will be offered to registrants to participate in our upcoming events. It means the registration fee is not refundable but can be adjusted in our future events.

- No question asked refund policy: In case, a participant wants to withdraw from the event then he/she should inform the organizers at least 10 days before the event date, at support@coachravinder.com to get a refund (excluding processing fee).

I affirm and state that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for participating in the designated race. I have been certified to be physically fit by licensed medical practitioner and agree to indemnify the organizers its agents, employees and associates, the organizing committee and other persons connected to the event against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, claims or proceedings arising out of any misstatement and/ or misrepresentation made herein.
