Fortitude Learning's Online Certificate Course on Mergers and Acquisitions

Fortitude Learning is organising a 3 day certificate course on Mergers and Acquisitions from 29th October 2021 till 31st October 2021. Through this course we aim to provide the participants with an in-depth understanding of how the Mergers and Acquisitions practice functions along with the various challenges faced. The course is spread across nearly 15-20 hours and covers various aspects such as  Introduction to mergers and acquisitions in India, cross border mergers and acquisitions, due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, delisting, acquisition financing, tax aspect of mergers and acquisition deals etc.
