⇒  FIME 2018 Medical Trade Fair & Congress is the Biggest International Medical Event held in the United States every year. At the 2018 conference, FIME will be celebrating its 26th year. The trade show is held in conjunction with the FIME Education Conference, a three-day, seven-track seminar for today’s medical professionals.

⇒ India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), a premier Government of India Enterprise under the administrative control of Department of Commerce, Government of India, is pleased to announce the maiden organization of India Pavilion in Florida International Medical Expo (FIME) to be held from July 17-19, 2018 in Florida, USA.

⇒ For this purpose, the Department of Commerce, Government of India has approved an MAI (Market Access Initiative) subsidy which will be utilized for the overall organization of India pavilion in FIME this year in the form of space rent, publicity, etc.

 ⇒ As against the direct participation cost of over Rs. 5.00 lakh for a standard 100 sq. ft. (9 sq. mtrs.) booth, ITPO is charging Rs. 3.50 lakh as it has received Market Access Initiative (MAI) subsidy from Deptt. of Commerce, Govt. of India, which is being transferred to the Indian participating companies in the form of booth rental.

⇒ ITPO invites participation from Indian companies dealing with medical equipments, technology, healthcare and medical solutions and supplies. ITPO is targeting about 25-30 Indian companies for participation in this event. As such the booths will be allotted to the applicants on first-come-first-served basis for which the criterion for deciding the seniority, will be online bank transfer of booking amount of Rs.1,00,000/- in ITPO’s bank account, details of which are given in the application form enclosed herewith.
