FITNESS SQUARE LOCKDOWN CHALLENGE
At Fitness Square Gym ,Kota, we make our best possible efforts so that your ‘fitness routine’ is no more a routine but an overall ‘fitness experience’ that is adapted for people of any age group and level of fitness.
Since our very inception, we have been actively contributing to the fitness and well being of the people of Kota by making them more health aware. Be it our running events or other health awareness programs, we always make sure that the health and fitness of the city is never compromised.
With most of us being fitness freaks, we definitely won’t take our health and fitness for granted. But trying to maintain a good fitness regime staying at home is where the real challenge lies Extending the same concern during the time of this pandemic, we just wish that people remain active while staying at home. So, Fitness Square Gym, Kota has, come up with the Fitness Square Lockdown Challenge for the month of April, with the aim of motivating the people of Kota to workout daily while being in the confines of their homes and adopt ‘healthy lifestyle’ not just as a challenge but as a habit. In testing times like these, with the scare of the corona outbreak and the complete lockdown situation, it’s mandatory that we all act responsibly. While we are doing our bit as a responsible citizen by staying at home, it’s time that we take responsibility of our own health and fitness as well.
Date: 9th April to 30th April 2020
Venue: Your Home
Challenge Details
Task 1: 2 miles (3.2 kms) walk/run at home OR 4000 steps
Task 2: Minimum 30 minutes workout
Participants will perform any of the above tasks or combination of both.
Duration Options:
1) Minimum 15 days
OR
2) Minimum 21 days
Registration Fees: Rs. 300/-
Rewards
For 15 days Challenge: One Week Free Gym Sessions
For 21 days Challenge: Two Weeks Free Gym Sessions
For Fitness Square Members: 1 month extended Gym membership
Steps to Follow
1. Click on the registration link and book the ticket for 15 days or 21 days as per the guidelines
2. You will be added to whatsApp Group once you register.
3. Participants performing Task 1, will send and share the screenshot of their running/walking data from the running app daily.
4 . Participants performing Task 2 can do many body weight exercises like Push up, lunges, Squats, Burpees, Sit ups, Tucks, Plank etc. They will send and share a 2 minutes video of their workout.
Photo/Video Submission Details (Both 1 and 2 are mandatory)
1. Whatsapp your daily photo/video here (Separate whatsapp group for males and females)
2. Like the Fitness Square Page on Face book .
3. Share your daily photo/video on your face book page with the below tags:

Please be honest with your data proofs, as it is for your own good.
Rules
1. The Photos/Videos of the tasks should be sent on the same day till 11:30 pm
2. A single day miss would be considered as disqualified
3. For 21 days challenge, the data should be sent for entire 21 days, if missed for a single day, they would be disqualified and won’t be eligible for the 15 days challenge also.
4. The challenge should be carried out strictly at your home.
