Thank you for your enthusiasm. Online tickets are sold out.

However, limited number of bib available on first come first served basis at Expo location.

Note:  No bib collection on the race day, 23rd April!

Please carry copy of your ticket mail and ID proof while visiting the expo. If someone else is collecting bib on your behalf, the person should carry a) authorization letter/email b) the printout of the ticket mail and c) copy of ID proof of the person collecting the bib.

CATEGORIES :-

•  21 km (Half Marathon) - with Timing Chip, T shirt, medal, certificate, refreshments (Competitive)
  
•  10 km - with Timing Chip, T shirt, medal, certificate, refreshments (Competitive)
  
•  5 km - without Timing chip - T shirt, refreshments (Non competitive)
  
•  3 km - without Timing chip - T shirt, refreshments (Non competitive)
  

AGE CATEGORY :-

6 and above 3km, 5km  |  Below 40 years  |  40 and above

RACE START TIME

21 km - 5:30 AM (Reporting Time: 5:00 AM)

10 KM - 5:45 AM (Reporting Time: 5:15 AM)

5 km and 3 km 6:45 AM (Reporting Time : 6:00 AM)

BIB COLLECTION:-

All confirmed participants/their authorised representatives are required to come to the Fit-A-Thon Expo at MultiFit Gym, Pimple Nilakh. scheduled from 22nd April 2017 in order to collect their running number bibs. No running number will be posted to individual mailing addresses. 

It is mandatory for a Timing Chip participant to collect his/her running number personally from the Expo. In case of unavoidable circumstances, such runner can send his/her authorised representative to collect running number bib on his/her behalf. 

Authorised representative must carry with him/her (a) Ticket confirmation (b) Authorisation Letter (c) photocopy of photo-identity proof (Aadhar card, PAN card or passport) of the representative and the confirmed participant.

Cancellation and Transfer:- 

Requests for cancellation, Transfer and thereby, refund will not be entertained. Further application fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect his/her bib from the expo.

ROUTE SUPPORT:-

There will be around 10 water/Energy Drink station on route for Runners and Medical support on route and venue/Start/Finish point.

There will be Cyclist to support the Runners participating in Event. 

Photography:- Our photographers will be ready to shoot you wherever they find you be it on the route or finish line, remember to smile at them. (We know how much you like to brag about 'Running')

PRIZES:- 

We have some attractive prizes and trophies for winners.

MEDICAL FACILITIES:-

There will be Ambulance and medical support at Venue and on route.

BAGGAGE COUNTER:-

Baggage counter will be there for all participants.

WAIVER & RELEASE FROM LIABILITY:- 

I know that running or volunteering for a road race is potentially hazardous activity, which could cause injury or death. I will not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained, and by my signature, I certify that I am medically able to perform this event, and am in good health, and I am properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to any aspect of my participation in this event, including the right of any official to deny or suspend my participation for any reason whatsoever. I attest that I have read the rules of the race and agree to abide by them. I assume all risks associated with running in this event, including but no limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. I understand that bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, roller skates or roller blades, animals, and personal music players are not allowed in the race and I will abide by all race rules. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and inconsideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the PCMC Runners and associated organisers, all event sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any race purpose.
