Scraps of Hope in Banda Aceh (2020) examines the rebuilding of Banda Aceh, Indonesia, following the Helsinki-based peace process, 30 years of armed conflict, and the tsunami. A critical study of post-conflict politics, it explores notions of violence and grief, exiles and displacement, relationships, gender, and the relation of power and violence embedded in the peace.

Followed by a Q&A session with Marjaana Jauhola.

Scraps of Hope in Banda Aceh (2020) mengulas tentang pembangunan kembali Banda Aceh, Indonesia, setelah proses perdamaian berbasis Helsinki, konflik bersenjata 30 tahun, dan tsunami.
