Korean Cultural Centre India is organizing ‘Save as’ a two men Show by Korean artists - Cha Jiryang and Lo-kyung Yi. The exhibition is starting from 13th January to 1st March at Korean Cultural Centre India, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. Korean artists Yi Lo Kyung and Cha Ji Ryang have formed a relationship with their audience through contemporary art phenomenon.The two artists store their memories in different places under different names.
Mr. Yi Lo Kyung composes videos and fixtures with the disappearing spaces of Korea and his impressions of New Delhi in India. Mr. Cha Ji Ryang generates videos and images of Korea, Canada and India’s virtual time and space.
In a broad Korean society, clear cut scenes have not only been created but numerous personal motivations can be seen, implemented and performed through media and video devices. Each piece has been digitalized according to its time period. At the end of each time period, it is kept as data in the artist’s storage.
