Join us for an action-packed Local Ecommerce SEO Strategy Hackathon where you’ll audit websites craft innovative strategies and pitch solutions that can elevate a local ecommerce business to new heights.

​Whether you’re a seasoned expert or just diving into SEO this hackathon is your chance to shine!

​2:30 PM – 2:45 PM: Participants meet mingle and network before the event starts.

​2:45 PM – 3:15 PM: Introduction about Website Details: Local Ecommerce SEO Strategy and its significance for local businesses.

​Quick guidelines on the format of the hackathon and presentations.

​SEO problem statement (e.g. how to optimize SEO for a local ecommerce business targeting customers in a specific geographic region).

​3:15 PM – 3:30 PM: Team Formation

​Participants are given time to form teams or decide to work individually.

​Teams discuss the problem statement and start brainstorming their SEO strategies.

​3:30 PM – 4:30 PM: Hackathon Work Session

​Teams work on their SEO strategies coming up with actionable solutions for the problem statement.

​4:30 PM – 4:40 PM: Short Break

​Participants take a short break to grab refreshments and stretch.

​4:40 PM – 5:10 PM: Pitching Session

​Each team/participant presents their SEO strategy (approx. 5 minutes per presentation).

​5:10 PM – 5:25 PM: Selection Time

​The jury evaluates the pitches based on audit report keyword relevancy SEO impact creativity and feasibility.

​Winners (1st 2nd place) and Runner-up announced.

​5:25 PM – 5:30 PM: Closing Note / Wrap Up!
