What is a story? Where do stories come from? Are they something that are passed on generations? Or are they something that each one of us have to tell?

This February, let's explore the story of a Story! Let's explore how a story is created, what is its significance in our lives and how does is connect all of us together. 

Sutradhar started off as an initiative a year ago. As we complete a year next, we have a unique Kathak-based dance drama, on a story of a story.

This will be performed by Team Sutradhar, Madhura Aphale Toshal GandhiVallarie Apte Natasha Poonawalla, Kathak dancers and students of Guru Pandita Maneesha Sathe.

Sutradhar aims to create a platform where art is accessible for all. This event will be accessible for the Deaf with live Indian sign language interpretation.
