Dissolve - Intuitive Contact Improv Skills and Jam

Intuitive Contact Improvisation is a form of relational movement meditation. There is a sweet surrendering that happens when our bodies stay faithful to what is happening now, and now… and NOW!

This is the additional event adds to our regular ongoing Sat morning Jam, with the intention of delivering foundation skills around both physical structure and somatic/energetic awareness in Contact Improvisation practice.

10:00-11:15 : Skills – In a Class Format
11:15-12:30 : Jam – Free Dance Space with Crafted Musical Journey (same as Saturday)

You are welcome to join the jam only, please arrive at 11:00-11:15 to allow yourself time to drop in.
