Overview:

Devkund waterfall trek is located inside the forest near a village ‘Bhira’, near Bhira Dam. It’s one of the virgin places with crystal clear water. It’s a confluence of three waterfalls and is said to be the origin of the Kundalika river. It’s about 2 hours trek from the base village along the dam backwater and through the forest to reach this place known as ‘Devkund Waterfall’. You could either choose to bask in the lush greenery or explore the waterfall with your friends.

Itinerary:

Devkund Waterfall Trek Pickup locations from Pune:

1. Novotel Hotel, Viman Nagar at 10:30 pm.
2. Goodluck Chouk, F.C road at 11:00 pm.
3. Aundh at 11:10 pm
4. Wakad Bridge at 11:30 pm

Devkund Waterfall Trek Pickup locations from Mumbai:

1. BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, Dadar at 10 pm
2. Maitri Park, Chembur at 10:30 pm
3. Vashi Plaza, Vashi at 10:50 pm
4. M.G.M Garden, Panvel at 11:20 pm

Departure at 11 PM. from Pune/Mumbai (3-4hrs journey for base village).

After roll count, proceed by private transportation towards the base village.

Reach the Base Village at 3 AM. Rest for 2 hours in-vehicle

Freshen up (washrooms facility available). Breakfast (poha and Tea) at 5:30 AM

Start the Trek by 6 am. (-6 hrs trek),

Enjoy the view of the surrounding Bhira dam, Tamhini Ghat, and Kundalika valley

Lunch by 1:30 PM.

Start the return journey at 2 pm.

Reach Pune/Mumbai by 6:00 PM

We may reach an hour early or late.
