About Darya Ghat Waterfall Trek:
Darya Ghat an off-beat destination as it’s not yet popular amongst the tourist. Series of 7 waterfalls and the V-shaped valley are two major attractions in Darya Ghat. The Darya Ghat is the V-shaped valley in the Sahyadri. On the spot you will be in the huge vertical walls of the rocks. An open temple of lord Shiva is on the edge. There is dense forest in the valley. Tiny flowers make it more photogenic and because of V-shape the views are not wider, but the depth is nasty. A huge waterfall is very attractive on the left side of the trail. It has steps like structure, so many tourists can sit in the waterfall and enjoy the flow of waterfall. There is also one temple in the waterfall which can be seen if water flow is less.
Being an off-beat location, Darya Ghat is lonely and isolated place, not full of crowd.

ROUTE: Pune > Narayangaon > Junnar > Aptale > Amboli > Darya Ghat
PICK UP POINTS: To be shared 1 day prior to trek on WhatsApp group (Usual pick points: Magarpatta, Viman Nagar, Vishrantwadi, Bhosari)
• First pick up at 4:00 AM (may change per location)
• Breakfast on the way
• Reach Amboli base village by 7:30 AM
• Start the Trek towards waterfall and reach by 08:00 AM
• Lunch in Amboli base village by 1:00 PM
• Start Return Journey to Pune and by 08:00 PM (latest)
(Please note: All the timings mentioned above are based on the previous experiences from the trek. Timings may differ. RNT TREKKERS will NOT be responsible for any deviation from the schedule given above)
BOOKING POLICY:
o Prior confirmation with payment is required by 28th July, till 7.30 pm
o Confirmation will be cancelled if payment not received by 28th July
o The participant receives a payment invoice via WhatsApp within 24 hours of successful booking
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: Not applicable
THINGS TO CARRY:
o Water Bottle: A savior in many ways
o Munching Items: Trail Mix, Dry Fruits, Fruits, Laddu’s, etc.
o Daypack or Backpack: Travel Light & Organized
o Trekking Shoes or Hiking Boots: Walk the talk on your Hike or Trek
o Medical Kit: Personal Medicines, if any
o Extra Clothes: A Pair of Extra Clothes
o Extra Pair of shoes or chappals
o Miscellaneous: Swiss Knife, Torchlight or Flashlight (night treks), Cap/Hat, Sanitizers, Masks, Sunscreen, camera, etc.
DO’S & DON’TS:
DO NOT throw Garbage & Plastic or litter around or near a water source or on a trek trail
Use Call sign “Hello” “Oyee” incase if you are not in visible distance to the group
Alert group against any falling object / rock - Recommended - call sign “Watch Out”
Avoid wandering alone or click Selfie’s near the edge of an exposed valley
Do not eat/pluck any fruits from the forest without trek leader’s consent as it could be poisonous
Do not provoke or harm any animals, birds or honeybees
Do not jump into a water body without trek leader’s permission
Smoking & Alcohol consumption is strictly not allowed in any event of RNT TREKKERS
