Instructions

• Reporting at 5:30 a.m. on the 22nd of April, 2023 (Saturday) at Ruggedian, Kolhapur.
• Carry valuables at your own risk.
• Do not overburden yourself with luggage.
• If you take medication on a regular basis, don't forget to bring it with you.
• Children with medical conditions enter at their own risk.
• A hard copy of your ID is required for the trip.

Things to Carry

1. Sturdy Sports shoes and slippers
2. Napkin, towel, extra set of clothes.
3. A water bottle containing at least one litre of water.
4. A hat and sunglasses
5. Personal medications, if any.
6. Do wear colourful clothing, so you will get good snaps for your social media.
7. The torch
8. Identification (ID).
9. Toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush)
10. Small backpack
11. Most importantly, your smile.

WAIVER 

This Agreement is entered into between Rugged Cub(“Academy”) represented by its Mr. Akash A. Korgaonkar having address at Ruggedian, behind wilder memorial church, New Shahupuri, Kolhapur and the undersigned camp attendee.

I declare that:

1.  By signing this waiver, I certify that my child(camp attendee), in joining, registering, and/or using any and all services provided by the Rugged Cub Academy for Dajipur: Kids Adventure camp happening on 22nd & 23rd April, 2023; I agree to all terms and conditions of this Waiver and Release Agreement (the “Agreement”) in participating in the camp activities.
2. I hereby contract with RUGGED CUB for my child for the Dajipur: Kids Adventure camp that includes Jungle Safari, trekking, tent stay, camping. lakeside swimming and other adventire activities.
3. I understand that the Academy makes no guarantees or warranties.
4. I understand that the employees of the Academy are not trained as Medical or health professionals.
5. I accept entry into the camp will not be transferred to another entrant.
6. I declare that, my child is in an appropriate physical condition to participate in the activities.
7. I assure that, my child has taken medical advice on any pre-existing medical conditions, and confirm that it is medically safe for him/her to participate in the camp activities.
8. I acknowledge that there are risks involved in the camp. I fully realise the dangers of participating in the camp and camp activities and fully assume the risks associated with my child's participation and wellbeing and safety to life during and after the camp. I understand and acknowledge that the Academy (including all volunteers) provide no warranties, regarding my child's wellbeing and safety.
9. I understand and agree that situations may arise during the camp, which may be beyond the immediate control of the academy (including all volunteers).
10. I will ensure my child's participation in the camp, in a manner that does not endanger either my child or others.
11. I agree that to the extent permissible by law, the Academy (including all the volunteers), the sponsors and other parties associated with the camp, have no liability to my child whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, (including injury or death) in any way related to his/her participation in the camp.
12. I authorise the use of my child's name, voice, pictures, videos and information and those recorded or clicked during camp under the banner of the Academy in any broadcast, telecast, promotion, advertising, social media and in any other way, without payment to me or any other form of compensation.
13. I agree that my child will comply with the rules, and regulations of the camp.
14. I agree that my child will follow all reasonable safety instructions provided to him/her by the Academy, (including all volunteers) before, during and after the camp.
15. I agree to take recourse to medical treatment of illness or injuries suffered during or immediately after the camp.
16. I agree to Indemnify, hold harmless, and promise not to sue the Academy(including the employees, volunteers) from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of my child's participation in this camp, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
17. I agree that it is my child sole responsibility to take care of his/her possessions and valuables which he/she brings to the camp and I agree to hold the Academy and all people associated to it harmless in the event any such possessions or valuables are lost or stolen or destroyed for any reason.
18. I have carefully read this waiver and release and fully understand that it is a complete release of liability, that I hereby waive any right that I may now have or will have to bring any legal action against the Academy, its Trainers, employees, agents, successors, volunteers or assigns, for any liabilities that may result, whether directly or indirectly, from the Academy.
19. The services under this agreement are subject to Kolhapur jurisdiction only.

Disclamier

The undersigned parent or natural guardian does hereby represent that he/she , in fact, acting in such capacity, has consented his/her child's or ward's participation in the Adventure Camp, and has agreed individually and on behalf the child or ward to the terms of th accident waiver and release of liability set forth above. The undersigned parent or natural guardian further agrees to save and hold harmless and indemnify each and all parties referred to above from all liability, loss, cost, claim, or damage whatsoever which may be imposed upon said parties because of any defect on lack of such capacity to so act and release said parties on behalf the minor and the parents or guardian.
