Following our classes, all participants will receive their own unique Indian School of Hospitality workshop certificate, a special take-away goodie bag, their delicious culinary creation to take home, and, obviously, bragging rights at their next big dinner party.

Training Kitchen

Fully decked out with everything found in the best professional kitchens in the industry, our training facilities are where you’ll be

delving into the culinary arts under the guidance of both Qualified Learning Facilitators (QLF) as well as industry veterans. You’ll experience the true feeling of being part of a team in a professional culinary environment.

Bulk Kitchen

The hub of our culinary complex, our main kitchen is equipped with cutting-edge professional equipment, allowing you to indulge in the various preparations - including both global and Indian regional cuisine.

Boulangerie Patisserie

You’ll be discovering the intricacies and technical expertise within the world of baking and sugar-craft. Divided into two sections, our cutting edge kitchens have everything required to

help provide you with a solid foundation in the arts, before polishing up the skills you acquire with professional level creations.
