She compassionately partners with organizations and conducts in-depth business need analysis to co-create solutions. With over 10,000 man-hours of facilitating behavioral & leadership training to individuals carrying 1-41 years of experience from various industries like Defense, IT, Travel & Retail and logging over 1500 coaching hours, it has grown her interest in leadership consulting. 

Sonam Arya Gulati- She has experience of over 11 years as a Quality & Risk Analyst, Entrepreneur, Key Account Manager, and Capability Developer – Image Consultant, Facilitator & Coach. As a Capability Developer, she has conducted Programs for over 6500 individuals within a varied age group of 21 to 60 years. Her Industry experience spans across various industries like Retail, E-commerce, B2C, IT, Health Care, Defense, and Aviation. She is an ICF ACC and has coached managers, leaders, doctors, and entrepreneurs. As an Entrepreneur, she has managed different facets of her business from the ideation stage to execution, marketing, revenue generation, and relationship building.
