Headstands, also known as the king of all Asanas, have remarkable benefits, from developing brain power and a healthy heart to learning and developing deeper, subtler aspects to find presence and control.
We will focus on learning techniques to build strength, steps to safely get into our headstands, different mobility drills, the skill of falling out safely, and different variations and entries into a headstand.
Whether you have a headstand practice in place and want to develop more strength and variations, or you are new to it and want to learn how to overcome your fear of falling, this workshop is for everyone.
