1. Mumbai to Mumbai Train Travelling in Non AC Sleeper Class
2. To and fro transfers between Bhuj (Airport/Bus Stop/Railway Station and Dhordo/ Hodka, in Private AC vehicle).
3. Private AC vehicle with driver for your entire tour. All Toll, Parking, Taxes included.
4. Accommodation in Kutchi bhungas on twin / triple sharing basis.
5. All Meals will be Veg. only. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on last day.
6. Package includes Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Saturday and Morning Tea , Breakfast and Lunch on Sunday.
7. White Rann Entry Permit. Guide or entrance fees to monuments, museum, etc.

 Exclusions

1. Friday and Sunday Dinner.
2. Meal other than mentioned in inclusion.
3. Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips, boating & joy rides. Additional
   sightseeing or usage of the vehicle not mentioned in the itinerary.
4. Any other item not mentioned in Inclusion.

1. Rann Utsav Nov 2022: 5th – 6th – 7th Leaving 4th (Full moon is on 8th)
2. Rann Utsav Dec 2022: 10th – 11th – 12th Leaving 9th (Full moon is on 7th)
3. Rann Utsav Jan 2023: 7th – 8th – 9th Leaving 6th (Full moon is on 6th)
4. Rann Utsav Feb 2023: 4th – 5th – 6th Leaving 3th (Full moon is on 5th)

 Cancelation And Refund Policy

1. 25% retention charges, if cancelled more than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival.
2. 50% retention charges, if cancelled more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival (but less than 45 days).
3. 100% retention charges, if cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
4. Change in guest / guests names would be treated as Cancellation

 Child Policy

1. 1 year to 4 years Child= Complimentary.
2. 5 years to 10 years Child = 50% Cost of an adult cost.
3. 11 years and above considered as an adult.
