What you'll do

A cacao ceremony is a transformative experience to connect you to the frequency of the Heart, in a small sacred circle, with simple rituals, live music, sound healing and dance. This experience is ideal for friends or loved ones to enjoy together!

The ceremony begins with an intro of Cacao's origin, its biochemical benefits, & how the ceremony will go. We connect to the sacred plant through a short meditation & a cleansing smudge with sage. Then we serve the delicious Cacao elixir & set our intentions. Activated by the elixir, we enjoy the journey the cacao takes us on, with music, sound healing & the opportunity to dance to a live pro DJ set.

Cacao is the raw form of chocolate. We serve organic, Fair-Trade cacao from South America--rich in nutrients & healing properties.

Drinking cacao is an ancient practice, generating joy & happiness. It's a way to connect back to your soul's purpose, & feel refreshed by the fragrance of the infinite.

Each ceremony is unique & can include working with oracle cards, breathwork, crystal bowls & gongs, & live music with harp, guitar & voice, & always a chance to move your body and feel free.
