Also make a high ojas date drink, another highly nutritious drink which will improve health, immunity, happiness, and promotes vitality.

1 cup of almonds (30 -35 almonds) soaked for 5-7 hours
Water
Cheese cloth or strainer
High ojas almond drink

Medjool dates - 10 soaked for 2 hours
Pink salt - 1 pinch
Ghee - 2tbsp
