In this Contact Improvisation Intensive workshop we will focus on an IN DEPTH technical and creative approach. Adding new vocabulary to your own language of movement. This frame offers the freedom and awareness needed to explore, experience and sense while creating three dimensional movement stories when playing with the elements weight, forse, speed and momentum. Within this context space is created for free explorative dances to experience yourself and the other within different connecting layers. 
Open for all levels of dance experience and people with different physical abilities. Every body can at any point decide with whom, how long, how fast and how intense the dance happens.

A short introduction who I am and where I come from. I am Lietje de Haas, lived in Bali for 12 years and now I live in Amsterdam again for the past 1,5 years. I have been teaching Movement Exploration, Contact- and Dance Improvisation classes and workshops for the past 7 years. I did my CI training with some of the founders and developers of CI and I did my in depth teacher training at the Holistic Dance Institute in Austria.
