The Consultant's Quest is the management case study competition organized by Pune Start-Up Fest and the Faculty of Management, COEP Technological University, Pune.

This event is a must for aspiring students who wish to pursue a career in consulting, budding entrepreneurs, or MBA aspirants and pursuers. 

Participants will have to report to the venue at 11 am on 11th March and will have to work on ANY 1 of the given problem statements (will be declared on the spot) and present their solution to the jury by the end of the day.

The problem statements will be from these domains of management.

1. Finance Case study

“An investment in knowledge always pays the best interest.”

Invest your knowledge and play with numbers; solve the cases and unleash your inner financial guru!!

This problem statement gives you a chance to exploit your finance knowledge and solve a case study.

2. Operations and Supply-Chain Case Study

This problem statement will cover aspects of business operations, logistics, and supply chain cases. Apply your skill and knowledge to present the most feasible solution to the jury!

3. Sales and Marketing Case Study

This problem statement will cover aspects of the sales and marketing challenges of a business. Apply your skill and knowledge to present the most feasible and best-suited solution to the jury!

Eligibility: OPEN FOR ALL (Age restriction 25 Years)

Date and Time of competition:

Round 1: 11th March 2023. (11.00 AM to 4.00 PM)

Venue: Kirloskar Auditorium, BHAU I&E Cell, North Campus, COEP Tech.

Team Size: Minimum Team of 1. Maximum Team of 4.

Registration Fees: Rs.49

Structure:

• Only one single round will be conducted.
• Participants have to report at Kirloskar Auditorium, BHAU's I&E Cell, Pune at 11 am on 11th March.
• The problem statements will be declared and explained by the faculty on the spot itself.
• Participants are free to work on ANY 1 of the given problem statements.
• Participants have to create a presentation describing their solution and will have to present it to the jury at the mentioned time at the venue.

Rules:

• Participants can register in teams of Minimum members 2 and Maximum members 4.
• The case study will be declared and explained on the spot by the faculty.
• The number of slides should not exceed 10 excluding the title and thank you slide.
• The presentation time limit is 8 minutes per team and will be strictly adhered.
• The solution needs to be submitted in Ppt format converted into pdf.
• Teams will be judged on the basis of the feasibility of the solution, presentation, innovation, etc.
• The entire competition is OFFLINE.

Guidelines:

1. The decisions of the organizers will be final and binding on all participants.
2. The participants must carefully read through and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
3. All decisions in matters of eligibility, authenticity, and final judgments will be with the organizing committee of Pune Startup Fest 23, COEP Technological University Pune (Formerly known as College of Engineering Pune.)
4. The format and structure of events could be subject to change before the actual beginning of the event.
5. Prize money AND Positions will be reduced in case of lesser participation. (Less than 10)
6. NO REFUND will be given under any circumstances except less than 10 registrations by 4th March 2023
7. Entry fees are inclusive of ticketing charges.
8. Organizers will not be responsible for any injuries or mishaps that happened to the participants during the event.
9. Cross-college teams, inter-year of study teams, and individual entry are allowed however single member cannot be part of more than one team.
10. CONSULTANT's QUEST competition does not clash with any other event conducted by Pune StartUp Fest other than BidWars and MONOPOLY MARATHON. Kindly do not register for these two mentioned events if you are registering for CONSULTANT's QUEST. Other remaining 4 events are allowed.
