A black and white portrait class with willow charcoal for absolute beginners. Explore the versatility of willow charcoal to create a side profile, female portrait in shades of grey. There are various techniques to construct a face, in this class learn to use willow blocks to construct face without creating any outlines.

Learn to

- Create a side face structure with willow blocks

- Explore and Blend charcoal

- Use kneaded eraser

- Construct and finish

- Eyes, lips, nose

- Sketch open hair

- Spray on a finished portrait.

The participant will take back a female portrait done in charcoal on an A2 size paper and all the materials provided during the workshop.

• The workshop Fee includes a Cost of Materials and Expert Mentoring.

• We will also guide participants where to get which material, what to look for when buying tools for DIY activities and what should be fair prices for such materials.
