Classification of Winners based on Completed Age as on 5th June, 2022:
Age Group (18 yrs – 40 yrs): Winner / 1st Runner Up / 2nd Runner Up
Age Group (41 yrs – 50 yrs): Winner / 1st Runner Up / 2nd Runner Up
Age Group (51 yrs – 60 yrs): Winner / 1st Runner Up / 2nd Runner Up
Age Group (61 yrs – Above): Winner / 1st Runner Up / 2nd Runner Up
2. 10K Run (Men & Women):
Classification of Winners based on Completed Age as on 5th June, 2022:
Age Group (16 yrs – 35 yrs): Winner / 1st Runner Up / 2nd Runner Up
Age Group (36 yrs – 45 yrs): Winner / 1st Runner Up / 2nd Runner Up
Age Group (46 yrs – 60 yrs): Winner / 1st Runner Up / 2nd Runner Up
Age Group (61 yrs – Above): Winner / 1st Runner Up / 2nd Runner Up
Kindly Note:
1. The Winners will be awarded based on Gun Time and Timing Certificates will be issued based on Chip Time of the runners.
2. Winners will receive Trophies at the venue. Certificates will be sent in Courier to the addresses of the winners within 15 days post the event date.
Terms and Conditions:
Waiver must be accepted for entry confirmation / Registration:
I hereby declare, confirm and agree the following:
(i) Information provided by me in this entry form is true and I am solely responsible for its veracity.
(ii) I have fully understood the risk of participating in the marathon / cycling event mentioned in this application and I am participating as per my own will.
(iii) I am fully aware of the risks involved in participating in this event and i am personally responsible for my well being and safety.
(iv) I am aware that training and physical fitness are integral requirements for participating in this event. I hereby state that I am in a good physical shape and have obtained medical clearance from a registered medical practitioner before participating in this event.
(v) For myself/ourselves and our legal representatives, waive all claims of whatsoever nature against any and all Sponsors of the event, all political entities, authorities and officials, all Celebrate Life Mysuru Half Marathon & 10K Run event officials, Raadiant Sports officials and all other persons and entities associated with the event and the directors, employees, agents and representatives of all or any of the aforementioned including, but not limited to, any claims that might result from me participating in the event and whether on account of illness, injury, death or otherwise;
(vi) I agree that if I am injured or taken ill or otherwise suffer any detriment whatsoever, I will take personal responsibility to take medical advice and treatment and the organisers will not be held responsible for any injury caused or ill health during the run / ride
(vii) In case of any illness or injury caused to me or death suffered by me due to any force majeure event including but not limited to fire, riots or other civil disturbances, earthquakes, storms, typhoons or any terrorist act, none of the sponsors of the event or any political entity or authorities and officials or any of the Celebrate Life Mysuru Half Marathon & 10K Run event officials or Raadiant Sports officials or any persons or entities associated with the event or the directors, employees, agents or representatives of all or any of the aforementioned shall be held liable by me/my representatives;
(viii) I understand, agree and irrevocably permit Raadiant Sports to share the information given by me in this application, with all/any entities associated with Celebrate Life Mysuru Half Marathon & 10K Run event, at its own discretion;
(ix) I understand, agree and irrevocably permit Raadiant Sports to use my pictures which may be photographed on Race Day, for the sole purpose of promoting future events, at its own discretion;
(x) I shall not hold the organizers and all/any of the event sponsors responsible for loss of my entry form and/or entry fee in transit;
(xi) The Management / Organization has the right to remove the participant at any time if found that the applicant has furnished false information.
(xii) Fraud or dishonesty in the performance of the participant the management has the right to remove such participant.
(xiii) Failure to follow the rules and regulations of the event, the Management / Organization has the right to remove such participant.
(xiv) The Participant has no entitlement to any compensation for the injury caused during the event from the Management / Organization.
(xv) I will not hold the management/organization responsible if the event is postponed/cancelled due to the order of the government/authorities due to any political, social, economic or any other matter over which the management/organization have no control
(xvi) If the event is postponed / cancelled due to a situation beyond the control of the Organizers, the participant can either participate on the new date or opt for transfer of the registration to the next Running event organized by Raadiant Sports.
(xvii) Once the registration is completed, no refund will be made for cancellation of the registration for any reason or for non-appearance on the event day.
(xviii) I understand and completely accept all the Terms & Conditions as stated above from point (i) to (xvii).
