Participants (Half Marathon, 10K Run Categories) receive Event T-Shirt, Timed Bib, Finisher Medal, Timing Certificate & Breakfast.

Participants (6K Run / Walk category) receive Event T-Shirt, Non – timed Bib, Finisher Medal, Participation Certificate & Breakfast.

  Classification of Winners based on Completed Age as on 8th Sept, 2019:

Age Group (16 yrs – 25 yrs): Winner / 1st Runner Up / 2nd Runner Up

Age Group (26 yrs – 35 yrs): Winner / 1st Runner Up / 2nd Runner Up

Age Group (36 yrs – 45 yrs): Winner / 1st Runner Up / 2nd Runner Up

Age Group (46 yrs – 60 yrs): Winner / 1st Runner Up / 2nd Runner Up

Age Group (61 yrs – Above): Winner / 1st Runner Up / 2nd Runner Up

Kindly Note:

1. The Winners will be awarded based on Gun Time and Timing Certificates will be issued based on Chip Time of the runners.

2. Winners will receive trophies at the venue. Certificate and Gifts will be handed over within 30 days of the event completion.

3. Gifts to be offered will be decided by the organizers

Bib Distribution:

Date: Friday,6th Sept,2019 ( 1 pm – 7 pm) & Saturday,7th Sept,2019 ( 11 am – 7 pm)

Venue: Hotel Rio Meridian, New Sayyaji Rao Road, Bamboo Bazaar, Mysuru.

Produce Registration Confirmation mail / Receipt copy or Show SMS received with Bib No (for Half Marathon, 10K categories)to collect the Racer kit comprising Timed Bib (Half Marathon & 10K), Non Timed Bib(6K Category) and Event T-Shirt with Participant Information Document.

If participants are not able to collect personally, they can send the copy of registration confirmation mail / SMS with Bib No along with a Photo ID Proof with the person collecting on their behalf.

Racer Kits will not be distributed on the event day at the venue. Kindly collect on either of the 2 days of bib distribution.

Additional Information:

1. Once the registration is confirmed, request for cancellation and refund of registration fees will not be accepted.

2. Registration can be transferred or change in category done only on request in writing 30 days prior to the event date. Kindly send request before 8th August, 2019. Send the request to E-Mail: contact@raadiantsports.com.
