County Cork Beekeepers Association (CCBKA) will be holding its annual Autumn Beekeeping Beginners course starting on Wednesday Oct 6th 2021 and running for the following 7 Wednesday nights.

This is a FIBKA approved beekeeping course.

These are live online lectures as delivered in the classroom and are not & will not be recorded due to GDPR.

The course will cover the following topics.

           Beekeeping and What it entails
           Workings of a bee colony
           Pollen and Nectar Sources
           Beekeeping equipment
           Controlling bees and working for honey
           Harvesting Honey
           Keeping bees healthy and solving problems
           Where to go from here
