Date: 4th and 5th April 2020, Saturday and Sunday

(Last date of registration 30th March 2019- Teams will be taken on 1st come 1st serve basis)

Registration fees: Rs 4500 /.

General Rules:•

Each player must be on payroll of any organization.

Any team violating this rule will be disqualified directly.

• Every team player should carry company ID card or one legal company ID for proof and need to show on demand. If not carrying proper proofs player will not be allowed to play.

• Teams need to report 20 minutes before the match time. If team fails to report on time, after 3 announcements opposite team will be given bye.

• Events Pro Group reserves right to change the venue of matches due to any critical circumstances, all teams will be informed well in advance though.

Format:

• Number of teams will be divided into 4 teams each group for league matches.

• Each group will have top 2 teams qualifying for quarterfinal after 3 league matches.

• League stage eliminators play for royal cup.

Game Rules:

➢ For Main Championship:

o Tournament type is half pitch.

o Expect the ground size approximate equal to 6 A side close turf.

o Each team will consist of 6+1 players.

o All league and knockout matches will be of 5 over per innings.

o 1st over will be mandatory power play where only 1 player allowed outside half way line, After 1st over, maximum 2 players are allowed outside the half way line. Wicket keeper is compulsory.

o 5Th over of every innings will be magic over. Runs scored in 5Th over will be doubled and added to scorecard and each wicket will carry penalty of -5 runs.

o Bowler limit is 2-1-1-1.

o LBW not applicable. No leg byes. All other rules will be as per traditional cricket.

o Bowling action will be normal half pitch bowling type from bowling box. (In case umpire feels pace exceeding the normal limit, it will be called as no ball without warning).

o All matches will be played with single tennis ball.

For Royal Cup:

o League stage eliminators to play for Royal Cup (8 teams from 4 groups will play for 1 Royal Cup, Matches will be like Quarterfinal- Semifinal- Final).
