He was the commissioning crew of INS Viraat. Presently, he is on the Board of IIT Bhubaneshwar and Advisor at Subir Choudhury School of Quality and Reliability at IIT Kharagpur. He is also the Advisor at Technology Students Gymkhana at IIT Kharagpur. His books ‘We Can! We Can!’ and ‘Safalta ki Udaan’ and his YouTube channel ‘ExcellenceGuru’ have changed the lives of many.
