Rajesh Dhuddu has 19+ years experience in Payments, FinTech, Telecommunications & Business Process Management domains. He has a proven track record of creating high performing cross functional and cross cultural teams across Sales & Marketing, Product Management, Business Planning, Corporate Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Rajesh became a member of Quatrro’s Corporate team in the year 2010 and currently leads Market Development initiatives for Quatrro's FinTech business in India and South Asia. Under Rajesh’s able leadership, Quatrro has become a Globally accredited Third Party Processor of Visa, MasterCard and has also been certified by National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). He has also played a pivotal role in adoption of Quatrro’s processing services by Banks, Financial Institutions and Merchant Acquirers in South Asia for both Issuing & Acquiring.

He has spoken in several leading industry and social forums - CII, NASSCOM, CeBIT, Tedx and other events pertaining to Payment, Business Process Management and Leadership. He has lectured at IIT Roorkee, School of Inspired Leadership and Manhattan College for Business. He has also been invited by American Express (AMEX) to share his insights about Payment Industry Landscape in 2020.

Rajesh has evangelized ‘Bitcoins and Blockchains’, and writes a blog by the name ‘Bit by Bit, block by block – My experience with Crypto Coins and Chains’ on LinkedIn. He published various articles on the subject of Digital Payments, Demonetization and Blockchain that have been published by leading journals such as Let’s Talk Payments and CIO Review.

Rajesh is an alumnus of Columbia Business School and Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning and is a mentor at Everwise, Joyful Frog Digital Incubator, Nasscom 10K Startups and Fintech -Startupbootcamp. He is also a member of Nasscom Northern Regional Council.

He is an avid cyclist and holds the title of Randonneur from Paris for cycling 208+ kms in under 10 hours.
