Brief Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Manali
Activities: Arrive in Manali and check your bikes. Acclimatize and explore local attractions like Hadimba Temple and Mall Road. Overnight: Hotel in Manali.
Day 2: Manali to Jispa (140 km, 6-7 hours)
Route: Ride via Atal Tunnel, Keylong, and Tandi (last fuel station before Leh). Highlights: Scenic ride through Lahaul Valley. Overnight: Guesthouse in Jispa.
Day 3: Jispa to Padum (250 km, 10-12 hours)
Route: Cross Shingo La Pass (16,580 ft) and enter Zanskar Valley. Highlights: Spectacular landscapes of Zanskar Valley. Overnight: Homestay in Padum.
Day 4: Padum to Drang Drung Glacier (50 km, 2-3 hours)
Activities: Ride to the Drang Drung Glacier viewpoint, one of the largest glaciers in Ladakh. Return to Padum. Overnight: Homestay in Padum.
Day 5: Padum to Sir Sir La Base Camp (180 km, 8-9 hours)
Route: Pass through remote villages and rugged terrain towards Sir Sir La. Highlights: Explore Zanskar’s untouched beauty. Overnight: Camp at Sir Sir La Base.
Day 6: Sir Sir La Base to Leh (200 km, 8-9 hours)
Route: Cross Sir Sir La Pass (15,500 ft) and descend into Ladakh. Highlights: Stunning views of Ladakh’s desert landscape. Overnight: Hotel in Leh.
Day 7: Rest and Exploration in Leh
Activities: Rest and acclimatize. Visit local attractions: Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa, and Magnetic Hill. Overnight: Hotel in Leh.
Day 8: Leh to Pangong Lake (160 km, 6-7 hours)
Route: Cross Chang La Pass (17,590 ft). Highlights: Pangong Lake, famous for its changing hues. Overnight: Camps near Pangong Lake.
Day 9: Pangong Lake to Hanle (200 km, 7-8 hours)
Route: Ride via Maan, Merak, and Chushul villages. Highlights: Hanle Monastery and the Indian Astronomical Observatory. Overnight: Homestay in Hanle.
Day 10: Hanle to Umling La Pass to Hanle (150 km, 6-7 hours)
Route: Ride to Umling La (19,024 ft), the world’s highest motorable road. Return to Hanle.
Overnight: Homestay in Hanle.
Day 11: Hanle to Tso Moriri Lake (160 km, 6-7 hours)
Route: Pass through Nyoma and Mahe Bridge. Highlights: Tso Moriri Lake, a high-altitude brackish water lake. Overnight: Camps near Tso Moriri.
Day 12: Tso Moriri to Sarchu (220 km, 8-9 hours)
Route: Cross Polokongka La Pass (16,765 ft) and Lachulung La Pass (16,616 ft). Highlights: Rugged terrain and camping at Sarchu. Overnight: Camps in Sarchu.
Day 13: Sarchu to Keylong (110 km, 5-6 hours)
Route: Cross Baralacha La Pass (16,040 ft). Highlights: Stunning Himalayan landscapes.
Overnight: Guesthouse in Keylong.
Day 14: Keylong to Manali (120 km, 5-6 hours)
Route: Ride via Atal Tunnel. Highlights: Celebrate completing your epic journey!
Overnight: Hotel in Manali.
Day 15: Departure from Manali
Activities: Wrap up and return home.
