Bihar Leadership Festival

'Bihar Excellency Awards 2017' is an honorary award to be given in the honour of First President of India Dr. Rajendra Prasad, is designed to recognize Leaders of tomorrow from Bihar and across India who have inspired and have done remarkable work in the field of Social development, Education, Environment, Science & Technology, Entrepreneurship & Institution, Culture, sports, Media, Literature, Documentation, Youth Politics and Agriculture. Leaders will be recognized at Bihar Leadership Festival [an initiative of International Institutional Organisation] on October 14th 2017 in Patna.
