The Banganga Heritage Photo-Walk
Banganga, the longest inhabited area in Mumbai, is a serene oasis with its stone-stepped freshwater tank, ancient temples, and quaint lanes. This site, with its timeless rituals and stories from the Ramayana, offers a unique blend of history and spirituality—often likened to a mini-Banaras with the soul of the Ganges.
This photo-walk invites participants to explore Banganga’s architectural marvels and rich history, capturing its essence through photography. Experience the timeless charm of this religious precinct, uncover its stories, and see this hidden gem in a new light, while creating lasting memories and a visual record of one of Mumbai’s most iconic sites.
