Rules & Regulations:

Once registration is confirmed, the fee is non-refundable.

Please save the confirmation email received after registration as a reference for future communications.

Please note if you don't wear your timing bib tag as instructed, you won't be able to get an official finish time and thereby the official Certificate recording your finish times. No bib tag – No Timing – No Prize.

Further, every runner must wear his/her running number bib on the front of the vest. Any mutilation, fold, alteration or damage to the bib will amount to disqualification of the runner from the event.

Organizers reserve the right to stop any participant from participating who is found medically unfit to continue in the opinion of the medical personnel.

Participants are requested to cooperate with the police and security personnel deputed at the event venue and on the route.

Event Participant's Photographs are subject to be used for promotion purpose. 

Traffic will be partially stopped with adequate volunteers enroute.  

Participants/supporters are liable to random checking on race day – this is for your own security.

Only Participants who register at least 7 days before the event get their names printed on the bib/chest number.

Entry Cancellation: Requests for cancellation & transfer will not be accepted and thereby, a refund will not be entertained.

The right to participate in the event and the rights and benefits available to the applicant under this application form is at the sole discretion of the Event Organizing team and cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances, and the applicant alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising hereunder.

The rules listed are subject to change at the discretion of the Event Heads and the Organizing Committee.

Indemnity Agreement

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as a participant in the Atenx Independence Day Run 2024:

Assumption of Risk:

I am voluntarily participating in the Atenx Independence Day Run 2024. I understand that participating in a marathon involves risks and hazards, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death. I fully assume all risks associated with my participation.

Medical Condition:

I declare that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in the marathon. Before the event, I will inform the event organizers of any medical issues or concerns.

Release and Waiver:

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Atenx Independence Day Run 2024, I, on behalf of myself, at this moment release and discharge Atenx Sports Pvt Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether known or unknown, arising out of or connected with my participation in this event.

Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atenx Sports Pvt Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Atenx Independence Day Run 2024.

Photographic and Media Release:

I grant Atenx Sports Pvt Ltd permission to use my name, image, likeness, and voice in any photographs, videos, or other media recordings of the event for any purpose, including promotional and marketing materials, without compensation.

Rules and Regulations:

I agree to abide by all event organizers' rules, regulations, and instructions. I understand that failure to comply may result in my disqualification and removal from the event without a refund.
